Audrey Hill is a third-year student at American University with a double major in journalism and CLEG (Communications, Legal Studies, Economics, Government).
Hill, originally from New York City, is an editor of the campus investigative magazine, AWOL. She is passionate about using investigative journalism to shine a light on stories that impact marginalized groups and hold those in power accountable. She approaches journalism grounded in the belief that the gray areas are where the best stories live.
When she is not reporting, she can be found spending time with friends, surreptitiously whispering Spanish into her phone to maintain her streak on Duolingo, or with her nose buried in a book.
