'Secret' staff checks on hand washing

Infectious disease specialists agree on one way you can protect yourself from superbugs: Wash your hands. Well. Scrub them under hot water and count to 20. Turn off the faucet with a paper towel. And don't always rely on alcohol-based hand sanitizers — at least one bug is resistant to them.
Staff at the University of Arizona Medical Center in Tucson told FRONTLINE producers about a new hospital program that keeps tabs on how often and how well medical staff clean their hands. Watch this video to see what their "secret shoppers" discovered. Video by Anthony Szulc of FRONTLINE.
