The Koch Club

From 2007 through 2011, five Koch family foundations gave $41.2 million to 89 nonprofit organizations with public policy-related missions broadly synchronous to the financial interests of the behemoth corporation — deregulation, limited government and free markets. The Investigative Reporting Workshop collected 990 tax forms, which nonprofits submit to the IRS, from as many of the 89 organizations as possible for the previous five-year period.
